Refund policy
At Yenny Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and clear garment packaging with SKU attached.
- Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at return@yennyshop.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the items(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Final sale and non-returnable categories included:
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Returns on final sales items
- Gift cards
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
